Developed the utility coordination department. Established guidelines and requirements for in-house staff, consultants and contractors to follow when producing a project from design to construction.

NW 25th Street from NW 87th Avenue to NW 67th Avenue
Major reconstruction project for District 6 with topography, digital terrain modeling, vertical control verification, and approximately 800 SUE verifications with 40 utility companies.

Sunny Isles Boulevard - NE 163rd Street from the East Side end of the bridge to SR A1A - FDOT
Milling and resurfacing and widening existing road to accommodate landscaping, MEI was involved in creating cross sections based on existing utilities to minimize drainage conflicts and to provide landscaping layout for the project. Approximately 80 SUE verifications were obtained with 12 utility companies.
