Biscayne Trail Design Project

As consultant for the Miami-Dade County Park and Recreation Department, Marlin Engineering is designing Segment C of a non-motorized shared-use path or multi-use trail for pedestrians and bicycles.   The corridor is approximately nine miles long including two trail spurs that lead to Biscayne Bay.  It extends from end of Black Creek Trail Segment A, near Black Point Park and Marina, to Homestead Bayfront Park and Marina. The trail runs parallel to the L-31E Canal and provides critical access to Biscayne National Park, Biscayne Bay and local County parks.  Marlin also performed the $330,000 PD&E Study for segments C and D of the Biscayne Trail for Miami-Dade County.

  • Signing and Marking Plans
  • Landscaping Plans
  • Architectural Plans
  • Developing Specifications
